Solicitors Keep ringing My Doorbell - What Do i do?
The City of Greensboro's Privilege License and Business Permitting Office issues permits to companies who wish to solicit information to neighborhoods. This Dept. of the City has advised that the “No Soliciting Signs” posted at each of our village entrances take precedence over any permit they might issue. Thus, NO SOLICITORS are allowed on the Lake Jeanette properties even if they have a permit. Please contact the non-emergency number for the GPD if you have concerns re solicitors: 336-373-2222

Are Yard sales allowed?
If you live in Southern Shores and Northern Shores, yard sales are allowed. Signs may only be placed on your personal property regarding the yard sale. Lead in signs are not allowed on Master Association common area property (refer to the Association’s signage policy posted on this website). If you live in a village that has a Village Association, please check with your village property management company to determine if yard sales are allowed in your village.
