About Our Villages
The Villages of Lake Jeanette hosts a variety of home-styles, architecture, and price ranges. Most of the 16 villages include lake view and non-lake view lots and all have privileges to the Lake Jeanette Marina and Master Common area property and amenities. All 16 Villages fall under the Master Homeowners Association and Governing Documents. Individual Village Homeowner Associations were also established for 14 of the Lake Jeanette Villages as noted below (excludes Northern Shores and Southern Shores). Individual Village HOA's are governed by documents specific to their Village and pay separate HOA dues to their Village Association in addition to HOA dues paid to the Master Association.
