The Point monthly assesments are due on the first of each month. Make Checks payable to The Point HOA. Payment options and late fee information are available on the Lambeth Management Website. NOTE: There may be additional dues requirements based upon The Point neighborhood in which you live. Check the respective Association website for Dutchmans Pipe & Indigo at the Lake.
