Who Has Access To The Marina
Homeowners who live in the 1,165 Master Association Homes have automatic access and membership through their annual HOA dues paid to Lake Jeanette Association, Inc.
LJ Swim and Tennis Club Members may also join the Lake Jeanette Marina. In order for Swim and Tennis Club members to renew each year at the Marina, they must maintain a current and paid Lake Jeanette Swim and Tennis Club membership.
